Weight/length:
I would assume around 22-23 pounds, 31 inches or so. (I will know at his flu shot follow up)
Grayson is completely in 12 month clothes, with some 18 month pants simply for length. Most 18 month items are too big for him, however he is SO long, that I put him in a few of those items so his pants won't be too short. He has also graduated to size 4 diapers. He is still taking 3 bottles a day, all 8 oz each, along with a sippy of water throughout the day. I am going to transition these bottles to cups, but that has been on the back burner between teething and colds. My goals is to have him off his bottles by the new year! Feeding is still stressful, as G has such a sensitive gag reflex. We've had a few times where he has gagged on foods which has caused an all out throw up. UGH. We are still working on it. He is also very particular about texture and doesn't love any kind of soft, slimy foods. Of course I would have a picky eater....such karma!
Sleep:
Grayson has been sleeping great--going to bed around 7 (sometimes 7:30) and up at 6. Sometimes on the weekend, he will sleep until 7! (HALLELUJAH!) He still takes 2 naps a day, around 9:30/10 and another around 2:30/3. He has started to boycott the 2nd nap, but usually only at daycare. He usually will nap at home just fine. On those days he doesn't nap at school, he usually falls asleep in the car on the way home, but can usually last until normal bedtime. When he transitions to the one year old room in January, he will have to take only one nap, so I guess he is getting ready!
Likes:
Grayson loves pulling up and cruising, goldfish crackers, mum mums, puffs, cheerios, bath time, his riding car/walker, and yelling as loud as possible
Dislikes:
Grayson hates teething, healthy table food, and not getting his way
Milestones:
Little man is up and cruising! He pulls up on everything and is on the go! Between that and crawling, he is into EVERYTHING! He is still very chatty and loves to "talk." I think he is starting to get that I am 'ma-ma' and Christopher is 'da-da.' I think so, at least. He is also starting to throw some little fits when something doesn't go his way.
And.....the teething. UGH. Lots of drool, coughing, rosy cheeks, and snot. The teeth have come with a vengeance. The bottom two front teeth are completely in and four top teeth are working their way in right now and I'm hoping we get a little break before the next set start up. Our little man has been a CRAB! :)
